Refund Policy
Scoping calls
Our initial 30-minute scoping call is free of charge, so no refund applies. You can cancel or reschedule it at any time.
Paid engagements
Fees, payment milestones and cancellation terms for each project are set out in its written proposal. If a project is cancelled before work starts, any advance payment is refunded in full. If work has started, fees for work completed up to the date of cancellation are payable and any balance paid in advance is refunded.
How to request a refund
Email info@codexcy.com with your invoice number. We reply within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 14 days, using the original payment method.
