What we collect and why
Contact and booking details you give us (name, email, company, message, booking time). We use them to answer your enquiry and to deliver and invoice our services. Legal basis: steps before entering a contract, and performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Newsletter email address, only if you tick the consent box. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Technical and usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) collected through cookies to run, secure and improve the site. Essential cookies rely on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)); analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
This website is hosted by Wix.com, which processes data on our behalf. Some processing may take place outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client and invoicing records for as long as Cypriot tax and company law requires. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
